Surrendering to Chaos

I’m afraid that the time has come for me to surrender to chaos.  What else can I do?

My “pack out” day has been moved up due to “scheduling issues” and so this morning a crew arrives to pack up everything that is being shipped back east.  Then, on whatever day it is (I’ve forgotten… Thursday, Friday…?) my stuff is loaded up and hits the road.

Oh I can hardly wait.

At any rate, I will be forced off-line for a week or so.

That will make ‘moderation’ slow, so please have patience on that score.  I really hate to take this time off, since this blog has been on a roll for a few weeks.  I’d like to thank everybody who has dropped in, “liked” or commented lately, and looking at the stats page, it is likely that this blog will surpass the 20,000 views mark while I’m gone.  I would imagine that most of you have many more followers, hits and all of that because I’ve visited your blogs and they are awesome, but 20,000 views is way more than I ever expected to see, so thank you all.

Anyway, as I finally succumb to the chaos around me, and get into serious moving mode, I’ll be thinking about you all and looking forward to getting back in business, so to speak.  In the meantime, I have scheduled posts both here and on Photo Vistas, and if I have managed to do that correctly, there should be something posted each day that I am gone.

So long for now, may God bless you all, and I’ll be checking in from the Washington, DC area next week!

Well every blessing Don, as a relative late comer here and as a rather sparadic blogger I have to say you do a great job, congratulations. Have a safe, sucessfull move, and may the Lord’s hand be upon you for good, may He not only watch over you, but may you be conscious of His presence each step of the way. We trust that you will find much encouragement in your new environment and be greatly used of the Lord.

ps your stats make me realise I must be doing somthing wrong as I get mostly spam comments, few hits (2060), and only 22 followers since late Dec 2009.

Thanks, you’re very kind. Don’t worry about the stats, I’ve had those streaks too, probably everybody has. Just keep following the Lord’s lead and He’ll lead you where you need to go!
