You might think I overdo this theme; maybe you’re right.
There’s just something about the early morning’s light that makes the whole day go right when we take the time to pray. Maybe because the air is so still, or maybe because the world hasn’t gotten started quite yet. It could also be that our minds aren’t racing all over the place yet, I’m not really sure. Whatever it is, the early morning is a great time to spend in the presence of the Lord.
In the morning , O Lord, you hear my voice;
in the morning I lay requests before you and wait in expectation.
Psalm 5:3
Starting the day in the presence of the Lord has a way of shaping the entire day, of getting our heads clear and straight. It just seems to set our priorities for the rest of the day. I’ve noticed that even when things go wrong later in the day, I keep my focus where it needs to be instead of becoming frustrated or angry about worldly things.
Prayer and reflection are always good things to do, and they are powerful at any time, but by the dawn’s early light they set a course for the entire day and God’s pathway opens for us to walk another day with Him.

I love early morn as well, to commune with nature in prayer to our wonderful Lord and wake the birds with praises of His glory is the best way to start each day! Thanks for sharing:) God Bless
Thank you!
