Cherry Blossom time has come again in Washington, where I can assure you, there are no cherry blossoms to be seen as we sit here in the 40’s, but the events get under way in a few days anyway. Why not recall last year’s festival, when the blossoms also came late? When they finally came, this is what they looked like.
