I took this one yesterday morning in George Washington’s ‘house garden” at Mount Vernon. It was early enough that it was still fairly cool, only around 80 and quite humid. The air was not only moist, but thick with the scent of all of the blooming plants. I guess June is known for that sort o thing! Anyway, even I could see the bright colors all around!

Lovely photo! I enjoy being around flowers. One of God’s great works of art given to us to show His love for us.

  5. Vivid and gorgeous. The aroma must have been wonderful.
