No, she isn’t going to read this; she doesn’t care much for computers. Yes, she is still annoying at times, reminding me that I need to wear a sweater when I go out, after all, it’s cold! She thinks anything below 70 is sweater weather…
The real reason I’m posting this is to simply note that today she is 90. (shhhh, it’s still a state secret!)
So what does a lady do when she turns 90?
Well, my Mom is out looking for a new car!
She’s in perfect health, still does yard work and house work, she plays bridge several times a week and keeps an eye on her “girlish figure.” (her expression)
I hope I’m so healthy when I’m her age!
She has one bit of advice that she offers for longevity: “Keep learning things; learn something new every day.”
