A lazy Saturday afternoon.  It follows a lazy Saturday morning of relaxing with an extra cup of coffee and a little bit of peace and quiet, followed by the hectic rounds of shopping and household chores; what to do now?

Going for a little walk in the cool October air, the town seems so much more quiet than it does during the week; where has everybody gone? No doubt some are still out shopping somewhere, others are in front of their televisions keeping an eye on their favorite College football team, while still others may be doing some Fall gardening in their back yards…

Lazy Saturday afternoons are a great time to stroll through the neighborhood and enjoy the changing season, the coolness of the air and just to take it all in.  It is such a nice contrast to the stress and bustle of the work week; it’s a great time to be thankful for all of God’s many blessings in our lives.
